The Ekvalis team

Works as a program assistant at Ekvalis. As part of Ekvalis, Nadica assists in the implementation and monitoring of educational programs in Ekvalis. She also works in providing mentoring support to the members of the Youth Network for Equality, supports the experts who implement youth programs in Ekvalis and is responsible for the coordination of volunteers in the organization.

Nadica is a graduate teacher with work experience in non-formal education. Currently, she is also a student of the second cycle of studies in pedagogical sciences at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje.

She has worked and volunteered in the fields of gender equality, comprehensive sexuality education, LGBTI rights, media literacy and democracy.

Works as a financial coordinator at Ekvalis. As part of her position, Sanja also works on logistical support of programs, projects and administrative processes in the organization.

Sanja is a graduate primary school teacher with 12 years of experience working in the non-governmental sector and in programs based on non-formal education. In addition, she has additional education in the field of financial management and accounting processes.

Angel Dimitrievski works as a program coordinator at Ekvalis. As a part of this position, Angel is responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of educational programs at Ekvalis and enables their alignment  with the strategic areas of the organization. Angel coordinates the Youth Network for Equality, media and democracy-related programs at Ekvalis.

He holds a master’s degree from the University of Tampere in Finland with a major in media literacy and media education. He has professional experience working in an US based LGBTI+ organization with a focus on violence prevention among young LGBTI+ people. He has 7 years of experience in the field of conducting training and youth programs based on non-formal education.
